Flower City Flavor Company

Any business owner knows that good reviews are hard to get people to do. I recently had my first interaction with FCFC and I can tell you that it was great. They have a great selection, the buying process was easy, and I knew the status all long the way. When I had follow up questions I heard back promptly and learned along the way that the owner really cares about great service. My first purchase won't be my last. Great experience!

I'm so lucky to have stumbled upon Flower City Flavor Company a little over a year ago. I love to support local and as a competitive athlete hot sauce is a great healthy way to top off any meal. If you're in the area the delivery is SUPER FAST and packed with care. The variety of sauces are high quality with new ones frequently added and at the right price. Thank you for all that you do along with the multiple ways you support and partner with the Rochester community!

Great local shop that features a number of local and regional sauces, oils, vinegars, and seasoning. Their bourbon barrel malt vinegar is unique and is great on another local speciality - the haddock fish fry! They also have a great online store that offers flat-rate shipping (free shipping for orders exceeding a specific size), and local delivery to Monroe county for orders of $25+ (and free for 14450 on any order size).

My husband loves the show "Hot Ones". The Flower City Flavor Company had a great article outlining the best of the hot sauces featured on the show and I bought him 3 of those sauces. Their prices were the best, they shipped SUPER quick and were well packaged. Highly recommend!

Today I decided that since it was SBS I would check out some local vendors online as I had just come off an overnight and too tired to dosey doe other humans. I found Flower City Flavor company by happenstance of another vendor and put in an order around 1130am, at 5:00p when I woke up I had a package on my doorstep and it was my hot sauces having already been delivered!!! They did say FREE delivery within Monroe county but I did not know that meant about a six hour turnaround 😁😁😁 A great variety offered and even better customer service. I will be using this company again as I have two people in my life who go over the top finding and making their own hot sauces.
